Kate is a seasoned HR executive with a passion for building sustainable and agile talent pipelines. She has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Cisco Systems and GE Capital, where she designed and managed executive, compensation, and recognition programs. Kate's innovative approaches to talent development include deep talent reviews, succession planning, and online 360 reviews for all managers. She has been recognized as one of the "25 Most Powerful Women in HR" by HR Executive magazine. Kate holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Psychology from Ball State University. She is also a Certified Compensation Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
