Cat Golden is a nurse turned entrepreneur, brand strategist, and connector who thrives on in person connection and strategic partnerships. Her passion lies in bringing brands together in ways that drive real revenue, engagement, and long-term growth. She launched her first company, Nurses Inspire Nurses, in 2018 after seeing firsthand the need for deeper connection and support in the nursing community. What started as a grassroots movement quickly grew into a thriving community of over 100,000 nurses. She didn’t just build a brand, she built an ecosystem, scaling revenue beyond e-commerce by creating a new partnership-driven revenue stream that accounted for 25% of total sales. In 2024, Nurses Inspire Nurses was acquired, allowing her to shift her focus to helping other brands do the same. Today, as the founder of 6th Ave Group, she helps businesses unlock the power of strategic B2B brand partnerships, collaborating with companies like Virgin Voyages, AT&T, Nurse.com, and more to drive visibility, engagement, and sales. Whether it’s brand alignments, in person activations, or creative media strategies, she makes sure the brands she works with aren’t just seen, they’re remembered. When she’s not closing deals and building brands, you can find her on the road. She has a home base in Detroit, Michigan, with her dog Sir but spends much of her time traveling across the U.S. and Europe for my clients.
